Over the past decade, the division has grown tremendously, securing major projects, including the $350 million North City Pure Water Facility (******************************************************************* in San Diego and the $235 million EVMWD Regional Water Reclamation Facility Expansion Projectin Lake Elsinore, CA. **Responsibilities** The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: + Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects. + Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area, or a multi-discipline construction project. + May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities or may coordinate with client's resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations. + Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort. + Help foster development and training of the next generation of talent. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalient. + 15+ years of relevant experience in industrial electrical work: + Power distribution and transmission, instrumentation and controls, transit and rail, and alternative energy. + Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 3 years of leadership. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in heavy civil construction projects; concrete structures, MSE Walls, Rail, Transit, Wastewater. + Current OSHA 10. + Must be detail oriented, thorough, well organized and effectively manage time. + Experience facilitating meetings and working groups with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, executives, and JV partners. + Familiarity with CMAR/CMGC, Design-Build, and alternative delivery contracting models. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, SharePoint, CMiC (Cost Management). + Strong writing and editing, with experience tailoring technical content for client needs. + Ability to work in a high-paced environment with a sense of urgency. The salary range for this position is between **$175,000- $225,000** per year depending on experience and/or education.
