The Global Commercial Excellence team is hiring one full time data steward, to be responsible for monitoring creation and modification of customer records in accordance with established guidelines within various systems. In this hands-on role, you will be a critical member of our Master Data Management team, responsible for supporting the data quality strategy and accountable for ensuring data integrity through data governance. You will need strong cross-functional skills, as this roll requires communication and partnerships with various internal groups including, but not limited to, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Care and Global Commercial Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to on-going cleansing and maintenance of customer data by driving data entry standards for formatting, completeness, and accuracy for attributes within the customer and product master.Provide day-to-day support to cross-functional internal and external customers as related to customer accounts which includes legal entities, locations and contacts data elements and attributes.Responsible for ongoing data quality initiatives such as research, match/merging and various aspects of data cleansing to remediate issues identified.Actively participate in team objectives.Contribute to and execute ongoing process improvement initiatives.

What will I be doing?

As a Steward you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Ensures that all food items are stored properly to meet with HGVC and state regulations.
Clean and wash work area, refrigerator and utensils and prep area for next day.
Remove trash and garbage and place in designated area.
Assist as manager sees fit in other areas of food and beverage such as the marketplace and catering events.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Carries out all reasonable requests by management.

As a Data Steward, responsibilities include driving execution of enterprise-wide data asset management programs, enabling business & core functions via effective use of data while minimizing privacy, security, operational and reputational risks associated with data.

The Data Asset Management & Enablement (DAM&E) initiative seeks to improve data management and is pursuing an IPG Data Steward, responsible for the governance, quality and overall management of subsets of the corporate data architecture. The Data Steward role will be in an ideal position to help with an effective data management strategy for governance, metadata, data quality and controls. Data management must cascade across the entire business unit to ensure that appropriate accountability is enacted and enforced. The Data Steward must possess the ability to handle multiple priorities, and address present concerns while keeping an eye on future opportunities. The Data Steward will need to coordinate and collaborate with other stewardship roles (such as Data Custodian(s), Data Owner(s), and centralized data management office).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that the data asset management policies, standards and best practices are shared across the business unit and embedded in new development projects Be responsible for understanding end-to-end data lifecycle with data controls and identifying data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management Work with the business and technical teams to create data standards and principals to improve data management. This will include the creation of management and control processes to report on the effectiveness of the data management gates implemented within the business processes Identify what data is more important to the business, and assess, manage, monitor and report on this data Will need to understand business processes and data needed to support these business processes Partner with core functions and business to create business process flows and data mapping Will become the subject matter expert of the business processes and the data generated and used by the processes. A core requirement will be to understand, and possibly create, data architecture diagrams as they align to business architecture - within a department, and across departments and external companies Partner in defining success measurements for key core functions and business and strategic initiatives Work with teams to help define the master and reference data required for a process/system to perform a task and to identify the most appropriate source of data Build and maintain a collaborative environment by emphasizing teamwork across all departments Lead special projects as assigned

Must Haves:
