Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market.
Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Reports to Department Head/Supervisor/Manager who will assign duties and coordinate activities for the day. Performs basic routine tasks daily throughout the community. Complies with established department and community policies and procedures. Follows al health and safety regulations, rules and procedures. Must maintain confidentiality, privacy, and follow HIPAA guidelines.
* Assist residents/clients with nourishments and meals; i.e., recording meal consumption, passing and collecting trays, sanitizing tables and trays.
* May provide assistance with technology for resident/client virtual visits.
* May provide assistance with resident activities, life enrichment programs, social and engagement events.
* Deliver/read mail, magazines, newspapers or other reading materials.
* Sit with residents/clients to provide one on one comfort.
* Check in on call lights to determine resident/client needs and inform appropriate nursing staff of resident/client matters.
* Oversee residents/clients who smoke in designated smoking areas.
* Keeps licensed personnel informed of significant observations regarding residents'/clients' environmental conditions, supply and equipment needs.
* Identifies and reports violations of Resident Rights and suspected or witnessed abuse.
* Makes beds and tidy resident/client rooms.
* Puts away residents'/clients' personal clothing, laundry.
* Works in residents'/clients' dining room.
* Assists with care of residents'/clients' belongings who are being admitted, transferred or discharged.
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL:
* 2nd Shift: $1.75/hour
* 3rd Shift: $2.50/hour
* Weekend Premium: $1.00/hour

1. Nature of Work: Performs skilled work within the Department of Public Works as determined and assigned by supervisor in the Lands & Natural Resources Department.
2. Supervision Received: Works under the supervision the Lands & Natural Resources supervisors. Operates equipment based on supervisor's general instructions who reviews performance for skill and efficiency and assist in cases of difficulty.
3. Supervisory Responsibility: Supervises temporary or seasonal employees as assigned.
4. Confidentiality: Employee has regular access to confidential information of the department. Confidentiality must be maintained with regard to this information in accordance with Department Policy and the Public Records Act.
5. Accountability: Consequences or errors, missed deadlines or poor judgment may include adverse public relations, monetary loss, legal repercussions, labor/material costs, personal injury, jeopardize programs, and danger to public health/safety.
6. Judgment: Guidelines may be given verbally, or through administrative or organizational policies, or directives. Employee is expected to weigh efficiency and relative priorities in performing tasks to avoid breakdowns, handle emergency situations and ensure public and environmental safety in the operation of the Lands & Natural Resources functions.
7. Complexity: The work consists of the practical application of a variety of concepts and practices.
8. Nature and Purpose of Public Contact: Employee interacts frequently with Town employees and the public. Excellent customer service skills are required involving courtesy, tact, and diplomacy.

Performs routine tasks in connection with care, upkeep, repair, marking and beautification of conservation land, highway, and roads, such as but not limited to using and operating landscaping equipment and power tools, cutting grass, weeds and brush.
May be required to clean culverts, catch basins, drains and ditches; load and unload trucks and cars; spread sand or gravel.
Accepts deliveries of supplies and equipment.
Assists in training new employees in performing assigned duties.
Participates in operation and ordinary maintenance of equipment.
Performs similar tasks as assigned, including functions of those in a lower classification.
Cross trains with other Department employees.
Is available for overtime and call backs in the event of emergencies.
Participates in town-wide snow and ice removal operations.
10. Recommended Minimum Qualification: Education and Experience: High School diploma or G.E.D. with three (3) years of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential function of the position. Special Requirements: Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and Class B CDL license.
