Responsible for performing duties assigned in the work scheduling process in an area office including the scheduling and coordination of all engineered and non-engineered jobs for the distribution line and service work force. The job will combine the available personnel and equipment resources to assure that the jobs are completed timely and efficiently using the work management systems applications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS are listed below:

1) Accurately characterizing new Customer Work Requests, including electrical load and energy requirements; need for new distribution construction; need for specifying prerequisites for the job such as field engineering, tree trimming, electrical inspection, or special metering.

DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Christmas Angel Coordinator

The Angel Tree Worker will monitor/oversee placement of tags on trees and help with gift wrapping. This person will check out tags to donors by completing receipts. This person will receive and give receipts for gifts/monies returned by donors. This employee will bag toys/gifts received and prepare for daily pickup, respond to the public regarding questions about the Angel Tree program. The Angel Tree Worker will ensure supplies are stocked and clean up the mall booth at the end of each day.

QUALIFICATIONS:
