ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Sweep, shovel, and remove debris from City streets, gutters, sidewalks, and rights-of-way Assist with leaf collection, mowing grass, trimming trees, and weed eating in public areas Participate in snow and ice removal operations Install, repair, and maintain street signs and signposts Make minor repairs to traffic lights, repair potholes, install raised traffic bars, guardrails, and reflectors Perform basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles, including cleaning and washing Adhere to all job safety requirements and applicable OSHA standards Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance Attend required trainings, meetings, or seminars as directed This position's starting salary is $17.31 per hour.
