We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. **JOB DUTIES:**
**Primary duties of a Production Worker in any position include, but are not limited to:**
+ Following all safety rules and practices, including the lockout/tagout program on each piece of machinery they are qualified to operate
+ Operating production machinery
+ Operating touch screen controls to monitor the production process, and interfacing with a computer to enter data into various software platforms (such as work orders or other plant metrics)
+ Reading factory work orders, product spec sheets, and other documents to learn customer requirements
+ Consistent quality and count inspection of a product, which includes identifying and segregating nonconforming (reject/scrap) products and materials, and documenting and reporting all quality assurance checks as instructed
+ Safety operating a forklift to load/unload production lines, to transport and stage materials as needed (pallets, endclosures, PVA), or to assist with shipping as needed
+ Accurately completing time sheets reports, lists, and other records
+ Regularly perform scheduled operator preventative maintenance and general housekeeping responsibilities
