Performs work in several trades including general construction, maintenance, or repairs in a manner consistent with accepted practices, under the direction of the Facilities Director. The class works within a general outline of work to be performed and requires minimal supervision. The tasks below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional tasks related to the type of work of the class as necessary. Sets up safe work zones and ensures safety precautions on and around the work sites. Provides regular progress reports to Facilities Director. Responds to emergency situations.
