Uses Computerized Maintenance Management System to keep daily records and logs on operating conditions and mechanical equipment repairs. Troubleshoots building system related issues using volt/ohm meter, infrared camera, and other related equipment. May supervise assigned laborers and trades helpers in maintenance work. May operate medium to heavy motorized equipment. Drives a vehicle to and from work sites. Cleans work site upon work completion. Performs other related duties as required.
