Primary Job: The Childcare worker provides safe and caring supervision of children of church members and visitors during church programs. Specific Job Responsibilities: • Being on time is required and expected. • Communicate with the Childcare Coordinator, reporting planned absences and unexpected illness, and delayed arrivals. Performs work in several trades including general construction, maintenance, or repairs in a manner consistent with accepted practices, under the direction of the Facilities Director. Sets up safe work zones and ensures safety precautions on and around the work sites. Provides regular progress reports to Facilities Director. Responds to emergency situations. The purpose of this classification is to supervise crews involved in construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of the water distribution system and/or related structures.Supervises and evaluates assigned staff, processes employee concerns and problems, directs work, counsels and disciplines, conducts staff meetings, and completes employee performance appraisals.
