Role Description:
The Senior Manager, Client Acquisition, is responsible for managing a team of Upper Mid-Market Account Executives. They will focus on weekly pipeline reviews to ensure accurate forecasting and quota achievement as well as monitoring activity and output for the AE team. They will work closely with the Director of Client Acquisition team to ensure AE's have the tools and resources to be successful and are able to bring on new merchants who fit into ShipBob's Ideal Client Profile. They will also collaborate cross functionally to ensure we are providing solutions that will continue to push a steady stream of new customers and provide benefits to our existing customers. What you'll do:
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, tracking team performance.
Updating forecasting weekly for large accounts as well as the team's run rate to quota.
Monitor Salesforce reports and dashboards to ensure strong activity levels and pipeline health and take action to address gaps.
Coach and support Account Executives through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and real-time deal strategy, actively advising on or joining high-priority sales motions to help close key opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Acquisition and VP of North America Sales to implement sales tactics that spur pipeline generation, improve close rates, and support revenue growth.
Work with Sales Enablement to continue to foster growth in the sales process and ShipBob product and operations knowledge.
Foster a cross-functional feedback loop with Operations and Product teams to share merchant feedback and support continuous product and service improvement.
Identify and implement improvements to sales workflows to inspire efficiency, shorten the sales cycle, and increase conversion rates, for merchants who fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
Own performance management, including regular performance reviews and development planning for team members.
Stay informed on competitors and coach Account Executives on how to effectively position ShipBob's value against alternative solutions.
Support hiring and onboarding of new Account Executives and participate in mentorship programs to build a solid and scalable sales culture.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a strong focus on building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams responsible for new client acquisition.

Role Description:
The Portfolio Success Manager (PSM) brings premier account management strategy to their portfolio of enterprise level merchants at ShipBob. What you'll do:
Support our sales team for custom integration build outs for large merchants.
Researching upstream APIs and systems, and building ERDs (entity relationship diagrams), including field mapping.
Build RFPs (request for proposal) for custom work needed for customers to send to SI partners.
Work hand-in-hand with the partnerships team across new general-purpose integrations, collect feedback, and translate it back to developers for roll out across our existing and future customer base.
Interface directly with customers to collect user requirements and system documentation.
Project managing integrations alongside our SI partners, including keeping internal stakeholders well informed.
Leverage resources available - SI (systems integrator) partners, internal ShipBob engineers, technical support, and sales engineering - to get projects done on time and on budget.
Ensure quality recommendations on architecture by building intimacy with upstream systems (e.g. Netsuite) and ShipBob's API.

Vocalize concerns around inventory practices to OSS Area Manager and Operations Manager helping to identify areas of opportunity in day-to-day processes.
Communicate updates and relay important operational information about merchants directly to OSS Area Manager.
Present weekly performance reports during business review with leaders from partner fulfillment center.
Comply with all food safety and compliance policies and regulations.

What You'll Do:
As an associate you will be working within one of several teams:
Receiving: This team accepts our customers' new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The responsibility of communicating the arrivals and any exceptions are receiving owned as well.
Picking: Spread across two different processes our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. An integral team in the warehouse, pickers and their peers keep the flow of customers products moving and keep the warehouse humming.
Packing: The final touches before a customer receives their products, the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly. The packing team works together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly and owns all responsibility around those shipments.

Role Overview:

Receiving: This team accepts our customers' new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The responsibility of communicating the arrivals and any exceptions are receiving owned as well.
Picking: Spread across two different processes our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. An integral team in the warehouse, pickers and their peers keep the flow of customers products moving and keep the warehouse humming.
Packing: The final touches before a customer receives their products, the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly. The packing team works together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly and owns all responsibility around those shipments.
Other Duties as Required: We are a team which means you will be asked to help out in other areas out of your normal day to day responsibilities to ensure the operations are running efficiently.
This role includes responsibility for ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality. Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes according to written SOP's utilizing partner resources.
Investigate inventory discrepancies reported by the Merchant Support team and report significant discrepancies to the OSS Area Manager and the Operations Manager onsite.
Perform physical location checks to ensure quality and reconcile inventory variances within a 24-hour SLA.
Determine root cause of inventory adjustments and lead efforts to correct.
Perform audits or other actions requested by merchants within the site.
Respond and resolve merchant facing requests via ticketing system around inventory related issues within 2-hour SLA.
Vocalize concerns around inventory practices to OSS Area Manager and Operations Manager helping to identify areas of opportunity in day-to-day processes.
Communicate updates and relay important operational information about merchants directly to OSS Area Manager.
Present weekly performance reports during business review with leaders from partner fulfillment center.
Comply with all food safety and compliance policies and regulations.

Role Description:
As a Solutions Architect I at ShipBob, you will be an essential part of the go-to-market team for one of our most important initiatives, apps and integrations, with leading ecommerce-focused technologies and marketplaces around the world. Researching upstream APIs and systems, and building ERDs (entity relationship diagrams), including field mapping.
Build RFPs (request for proposal) for custom work needed for customers to send to SI partners.
Work hand-in-hand with the partnerships team across new general-purpose integrations, collect feedback, and translate it back to developers for roll out across our existing and future customer base.
Interface directly with customers to collect user requirements and system documentation.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. We are targeting a salary of $120,000 for this role. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $90,630 - $151,050.
