Pros of working at Shippensburg University

Some students are good

Cons of working at Shippensburg University

Toxic environment. Emphasis on political correctness.

Shippensburg University benefits

None. Part time faculty get 1 sick day per semester, even if work 11/12 of full time, or essentially almost full time. Full time faculty get 7.5 sick days per semester. How is that "fair and equitable" for this so called higher education entity who claim they love diversity and inclusion, to treat part time faculty this way?
