    Shipping and receiving associate job in Chesterville, OH

    Purpose of Job: To perform receiving incoming shipments and ship outgoing sales orders. Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards: Strong work ethic Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition Demonstrated ability to work quickly, neatly, while multi-tasking Participates and complies with all safety standards and training Operates forklift and other rigging equipment Assist in monitoring inventory and physical inventory counts when needed. Work Environment: Work near moving mechanical parts (exposure - 15% of work hours.) Risk of electrical shock (exposure - 5% of work hours) Requirements: Education: High School Diploma/GED with 2 years industrial experience Licenses/Certificates: None Experience: Experience in service of valves, valve automation, instrumentation a plus Skills: Ability to quickly learn technical product information Self-starter, able to take initiative and provide results independently Ability to multi-task and problem solve Physical Demands: Lifting of products.
