JOB PURPOSE:
Performs patient assessments, general and critical care respiratory care procedures, respiratory care for newborns in Labor and Delivery, blood gas analysis and interpretation, maintenance and management of equipment and patient and family education in both adult and neonatal areas.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associate's Degree in respiratory therapy sciences
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous Working Experience in Neonatal Respiratory care, or successful completion of department specific orientation including skills validation of competencies for the duties and responsibilities of this level.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

Position Responsibilities: Shipping Provide continual direction for optimal order flow including the following activities: Manage daily order priorities to meet on-time and complete service goals. Spot audit customer orders for accuracy, proper carton stacking, special handling and labeling requirements, etc. Produce Bills of Lading (BOL's), shipping manifests and 'ship confirm' all orders. Manage floor space and monitor outbound routing of customer shipments. Verify safety of all docked trailers including chocks, dock plate usage, trailer flooring, etc. prior to loading. Verify the proper loading and placarding (if necessary) of all outbound trailers. Work with receiving department associates to ensure that all incoming orders are processed correctly including verification of purchase order number, quantity, and any special handling requirements (i.e. Certificates of Analysis) before physical receipt, data entry and put away. Coordinate incoming truckload deliveries with the schedulers and planners to ensure dock availability and manage priority deliveries. Provide information to management regarding any carrier performance issues i.e. damaged loads, improper stacking, shortages, etc.; Ability to problem solve, compile data, and provide data driven recommendations to management. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Experience One (1) year experience as a Material Handler in a distribution center environment. Good communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written. Computer literacy including WMS and Microsoft Office. Forklift operator certification/authorization required. Mastery of supply-chain logistics management and carrier routing requirements. Working knowledge of corporate safety program and emergency preparedness plans. Willingness to work and to follow instructions. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Reading ability sufficient to identify labels and understand written documentation. Cooperative attitude toward co-workers and supervisors. Ability to do either the shipping function or receiving function. Job Summary
The Tooling Receiver I will be responsible for accurately shipping and receiving materials to and from the warehouse. Must adhere to warehouse safety protocols while working indoor and outside of the facility. Accurately document and communicate shipments and deliveries to ensure project schedules are upheld.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
Adhere to all safety requirements when operating and maintaining heavy equipment at facility (indoor and outdoor)
Must verify all visitors/drivers have proper PPE when on shop floor
Prepare tooling shipments based on Bill of Lading (BOL), tooling systems, and communication with managers
Review of BOLs for accuracy of shipment and delivery
Receive BOLs from shipments and ensure they are properly documented in tooling systems
Safely offload tooling and materials from visitors/drivers
Coordinate with management and higher-level Tooling Receivers to stage kits for inspection and move kits and large Conex boxes when complete, where applicable
Communicate with logistic suppliers to verify shipments
Must be able to utilize tooling systems to accurately reflect kit status and supporting data
Prepare standalone extras for shipment, as needed
Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) kits before shipment, as needed
Organize and clear materials from forklift path and other common areas, including outside of facility
Labeling and loading of all Express shipments
Follow standard maintenance protocol to ensure compliance is always met
Complete required, annual safety training
Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience with large tools kits
1-2 years of experience with shipping and receiving
Moderate computer knowledge and skills, including (but not limited to) operating systems, flash drives and memory cards
Familiarity with inserting hyperlinks and tables on word processing applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to conduct complex sorting, apply filters, and use different views on spreadsheets and databases
Forklift certification
