About the Role:

Essential Functions
Schedule and coordinate shipmentsReceive and fill orders

Monitor and suggest modifications to procedures that may improve efficiency
Maintain physical condition of facilities, equipment, and supplies

About You:
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction industry warehouse
Minimum 2 years of experience operating basic warehouse equipment such as a forklift
High school diploma or GED

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to:
Utilize tools and instructions provided by the company to receive, compare information for pack slips to purchase orders, accurately notate and label product for stocking shelves, and have a good sense of organization, time management, and inventory management.
Assist in receiving product practically and digitally, while also processing RMAs.
Assist in inventory control functions including cycle counts, inventory transfers, bin audits, and product delivery to our production department.
Use shop floor data systems to record information.
Learn to use โlean' manufacturing techniques to ensure safety and quality.
Friendly and clear communication between yourself and both members of the warehouse team, as well as members all across Xybix.
Safe Use of forklift for use within product movement, and other employees' safety.
Assist in loading the finished product into the racks within our production area, and help in creating a system to track, document and record which pallets are put in to avoid missing the product at time of ship out.
Utilize tools and instructions provided by the company to gather all products for an order to ship complete, referencing sales orders and pallet labels, then being able to document and record product loading onto dry vans, box trucks and sprinter vans.
Assist in packaging daily โrush' order products and labeling them with both UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to lead a warehouse team is preferred but not required (will train in growth to the โright' person).
Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred but not required (will train for the โright' person).
Experience working in a shipping/production environment preferred but not required (will train for the โright' person).
Self-motivated mentality and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Understanding and familiarity working in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

Things you need to be able to do:
