Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving and storage of Finish Goods coming from external warehouses
Daily communication with Juarez plants, NC Warehouse and Distribution center
Process daily system order and meet all customers shipment requirements
Daily communication with external warehouses and customers to support daily shipments with Fed-Ex, UPS, and LTL carriers
Process and confirm Shipping labels to shipping destinations
Must provide daily Bill of Lading shipping documentation and information to Accounts Receivables to process invoicing
Ensure accurate driver check in when arriving at the shipping office
Verify pick up and appointment status on the system
Work with operations to determine optimal daily loading plan to avoid detention
Process and prepare trailer load documents systematically for shipping and receiving
Verify all documents are completely filled correct
Complete incoming processes of Finish Goods from Juarez and then consolidate product from the Distribution center to complete daily outbound orders.
Must complete a daily inventory report of all trailers in yard.
Issues shipping and receiving assignments (to include unload trailers, orders to be picked, BOL to be loaded, etc.) to forklift operators.
Must validate all loads were placed in right locations once offloaded and sign validation report.
Must ensure supervisor is aware on all situations
Must communicate clearly to Juarez plants once trailers are empty.
Must ensure receiving logs are closed out at the end of shift.
Qualifications
Education and Qualifications
Complete understanding customer service responsibilities. (6 months experience preferred)
Forklift Certified is a plus.
Good Understanding of Inventory Control
Read, Write and Speak. (English Language) (Spanish a plus)
