Follow client business rules, finalize necessary reconciliation(s), and complete required documentation. Complete all assignments in a professional and timely manner in accordance with Company and Client business rules. Submit all assignment status changes using the on-line Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS). Review all instructions and forms required to complete assignments prior to audit to ensure quality service levels. Ensure that assignments are scheduled in accordance within Client expectations and timelines Communicate with client representatives and AIMS management team via email, US mail, and/or phone. *The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive. Related Experience: Pharmaceutical industry and/ or Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred. Job DescriptionDescription: The Shipping, Receiving & Delivery Associate plays a key role in supporting plant operations through accurate shipping, receiving, and transportation of materials, components, and finished goods. This position ensures materials flow efficiently between suppliers, production areas, and customers, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse and driving company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups. Key Responsibilities: Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming raw materials, parts, and supplies; verify quantities and quality against purchase orders. Accurately prepare outgoing shipments of finished products, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination. Work closely with production and purchasing teams to prioritize shipments and maintain material flow. Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes as required. Inspect materials for damage or defects and report discrepancies promptly. Warehouse & Material Handling: Organize and stage raw materials and components for production use. Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP or inventory management system. Perform cycle counts, stock rotation, and help manage inventory levels. Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards. Driving & Delivery: Operate company vehicles to deliver finished goods to customers or transport raw materials between manufacturing and warehouse locations. Pick up supplies and equipment from local vendors as needed. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues. Ensure on-time deliveries and provide excellent customer service at all delivery sites. Work Environment: Primarily based in a manufacturing plant and warehouse environment.
