JOB OVERVIEW
Overall responsibilities include receiving, distribution, and shipping of products from inventory and WIP to internal customers as well as staging finished products to be packaged and shipped to Robinson's external customers. The Coordinator implements and evaluates process changes and improvements that affect the handling, shipping, and receiving teams, which includes working with other departments to improve material move methods to both internal and external customers. This position also directs members of the Shared Service Support staff to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures safety is the #1 priority for the team and helps the team identify hazards and reports “Near Misses” to create a safe work environment.
Uses forklift or other powered industrial equipment to move product & equipment.
Communicates and works well with other departments and team members regarding accurate and timely completion of projects.
Demonstrates initiative and willingness to undertake increased responsibility.
Exhibits ability to prioritize and plan work activities, manages time efficiently meeting objectives to complete projects.

Coordinates material moves to and from work centers and ensures material needs are met throughout the facility.
Continuously evaluates material flow practices between work centers and implement changes as needed.
Takes ownership in the development of processes and procedures to increase material flow and on time delivery to internal and external customers.
Works with Project Managers to ensure customers' expectations are met and exceeded.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Experience with Windows-based computer systems.
Ability to operate a forklift in conjunction with all safety rules and regulations.
Ability to read and comprehend documents such as sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving documents.
Ability to write standard documentation and present information to other employees in the organization.
PREFERRED SKILLS
1-3 years' experience.
Experience with an ERP (CSI/Syteline preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Process customer samples ensuring protocols are followed for receipt and handling. Properly notify customers of issues related to samples submitted for testing.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, prepare, and set-up samples for analysis
Enter data, choose analyses, log and approve samples using a LIMS database on a Windows computer workstation
Process and maintain client samples at correct temperatures
Segregate samples according to FSNS procedures
Assist with shipping of customer supplies including return coolers to customers
Communicate with clients for clarification on orders as needed
Follow assigned series of processes, procedures and/or techniques in accordance with FSNS policies/procedures and customer requirements
Maintain laboratory conditions including equipment, supplies, quality assurance programs and accurate records throughout all procedures
