Ecommerce & Shipping Associate is responsible for maintaining and shipping out orders for our company, primarily through eBay, creating and maintaining shipping labels for UPS, and USPS (directly through eBay and our UPS software Worldship), and communicating through email/eBay messages/phone with customers on any issues and responding to questions from eBay members in a timely manner. Further, Ecommerce & Shipping Associate will use our Point of Sale computer system to record all sales and be responsible for managing current listings and listing new items on eBay. This includes researching the eBay market, photographing and listing items with descriptions accurately on eBay.
