Responsibilities:
Supports the local operations team with coordinated efforts specific to the location
Supports team by coordinating, participating, and managing documentation. Prepares reports as necessary
Assists with identifying potential bottlenecks in processes and works with management team to resolve issues

Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent
3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment
Demonstrated experience being able to communicate professionally in written and verbal forms
1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred
1 year of understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems preferred
1 year of customer service and inside sales experience preferred
1 year of logistics and warehouse experience preferred
Knowledge of warehouse management and order management systems.
Ability to change priorities quickly, ability to multi-task, and working at a very fast pace is required for this role.

Position Overview
As an Operations Specialist - Omni you'll be responsible for the operational execution within the Pet Care Center with specific focus on our Omni channel, through the lens of Petco's vision of "Healthier Pets. You'll ensure the efficient execution of all Omni channel processes such as Ship from Store (SFS) operations to ensure consistency with product picking, packaging, & shipping in the Pet Care Center. Position Responsibilities

* Supports the effective and efficient operations across the Pet Care Center.
* Assist in completion of daily SFS picking, packing, & shipping.

Contact outside of PETCO may be required to coordinate merchandise returns, ordering parts, Pet Care Center repairs, coordination of vaccination clinics, Pet Care Center events, vendor meetings, etc.
