Summary:
Responsible for shipping closed loan packages to the end investor within specified timeframes for quick loan purchase. Stacking, Scanning and indexing documents as they are received daily. Communicate with title agents to retrieve delinquent documents owed to NQMF. Coordinate investor delivery with leadership to ensure delivery goals are met. Ensure compliant housekeeping is maintained in coordination with PC-Support Staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives loan documents after loan closing and provides follow-up for missing or delayed packages or documents.
Reviews/Scrubs closed loan packages and prior to loan delivery; related but not limited to TRID disclosure timing requirements.
Index images after funding for Shipping package and company records.
