ABOUT THE ROLE
The Warehouse Shipping Associate will be responsible for maximizing productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy while performing material movement functions throughout the warehouse. Shipping tasks include picking, packing, and shipment of orders. Must react to changes productively and handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned. WHAT YOU WILL DO
* The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently and accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
* Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
* Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
* Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
* Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, broken or unidentified packages to the supervisor.
* Contributes to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment.
* Performs inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies.
* Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
* Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The Shipping & Facilities Agent (SFA) is responsible for performing shipping and receiving functions and minor building maintenance. Audit data regularly to ensure timelines, resource allocations, and task dependencies are accurate.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and department teams.
Database Management & Reporting:
Manage database structure, backups, and performance monitoring.
Build custom reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
Coordinate with other stakeholders and departments for analysis purposes.
User Support & Training:
Train new and existing employees on system use, ensuring proper data entry and workflow compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS-related questions and troubleshooting.
Develop documentation and SOPs for best practices in using the system.
System Improvements & Projects:
Lead implementation of new WMS features, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
Work with stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks and propose automated solutions.
Research and recommend enhancements or additional tools to improve productivity and communication.
What Were Looking For
You are a highly organized, tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for building efficient systems, and demonstrate:
Experience: 3+ years in workflow management systems administration, database administration, or a similar operational technology role; experience in the event rental or logistics industry is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with workflow/project management platforms (e.g., Point of Rental, Asana, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar tools), strong database management skills, and an aptitude for system configuration.
