Take photos and complete SKU counts for reconciliation purposes. Coordinate returns for excess inventory received from vendors. Verify packing lists from vendors before submission to our 3PL team to ensure alignment with actual received shipments. Assist warehouse operations in accurately receiving and booking shipments in our Order Management Booking system. FedEx Shipments Management: Identify and track small parcel shipments arriving via FedEx that are consolidated with other vendor shipments. Cross-check incoming FedEx shipments with order reports and the procurement team to confirm the associated PO and SKUs. Follow standard processes for obtaining, verifying, and processing packing lists before goods receipt. Outbound Shipping & Quality Control: Verify pallet contents before they are loaded for outbound shipments. Ensure urgent SKUs are prioritized as per STOs created by the planning team. Serve as the on-site liaison between the Distribution Center, Procurement team, and planning in LATAM to ensure timely shipment processing. On-Hand & Goods Receipt Reporting: Utilize our PO Management system to analyze new shipment receipts. Maintain and manage all in-house open order reports via SAP. Perform Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in SAP while ensuring accuracy in data entry. Cross-check GR with SAP and our Order Management System to ensure inventory accuracy. Shipping Coordination: Support container build plans via SAP reports in coordination with our LATAM team for STO creation for US exports. Facilitate communication with vendors/suppliers to confirm the status of deliveries, quantities, and required paperwork. Provide real-time support at the warehouse to expedite issue resolution and ensure smooth logistics operations.
