Review Shipping Manuals before palletizing/shipping.
Execute Box Weight methodology for shipments.
Shipment and Order filing (Davidson's Wholesale, Davidson's Retail, Amazon Grocery/Gourmet, Drop Shipping) in appropriate trays to avoid office sorting.
File away Sales Orders in appropriate trays (for office) after shipment has rolled off with shipping label and after customer has been charged (Prepaid except Terms).
Charge customer's credit card data correctly without any decimal typos or wrong amounts. Input all necessary CC fields for transaction processing.
Manage area for problem/incomplete shipments.
Develop case chart with count, sizes and packing usage. Name stock locations of cases.
SKILLS:
Must be able to use computers.
Must have some knowledge about desktop application such as Word, Excel, Internet Explorer.
Must be able to use keyboard for data entry.
Must be able to use credit card terminal for processing prepaid credit card transactions.

Job Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. Ability to lift and carry medium-to-large items, weighing up to 100 lbs., utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business. Casual associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday). Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season (November and December)
*Example: Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday). If preferred, an associate can also choose to have all three shifts of availability on the weekend (Friday to Sunday) and none during the week (Monday to Thursday)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
Ability to operate POS system
Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques

Department: Parts & Service
This position is responsible for the fast, accurate flow of parts from receiving to inventory to technicians. The role directly impacts technician efficiency, service revenue, and customer satisfaction. Accuracy, urgency, and accountability are required every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull, stage, and deliver parts to technicians accurately and on time
Verify parts against repair orders before release to Service
Communicate immediately with Parts and Service Advisors on shortages or backorders
Return unused or incorrect parts same day
Receive and inspect all inbound shipments from Harley-Davidson and approved vendors
Post all received inventory in the DMS same day
Properly label, bin, and stock parts according to dealership standards
Process returns, warranty cores, and outbound freight accurately and on schedule
Maintain clean, organized receiving and service staging areas
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
Report inventory discrepancies or shipping damage immediately
Performance Expectations (KPIs):
Zero preventable technician downtime due to parts flow
Same day receiving and posting compliance
High parts-to-service accuracy rate
Inventory and bin accuracy
Low freight and return error rate
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Dealership, powersports, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet throughout the workday
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Basic computer and DMS experience preferred
Dependable, organized, and process-driven
