Key Responsibilities
Receive in raw materials, packaging, and labels at the plant location and 3rd party location
Verify CoA and paperwork matches, then turn CoA into the QC department
Report PO shortages and damages to the OP team
Print GSHIS labels for raw material chemicals and materials received
Create pick tickets for material that are requested to ship to other plants
File incoming paperwork from vendors
Assist Receiving Administrator with costing tickets.
Assist Cycle count administrator with cycle counting
Review monthly reports for raw material and packaging
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Microsoft Office and prior SAP experience; preferred.
Read and comprehend policies, procedures and business related correspondence.
Work 7am-4pm

Inspect and Verify Packaging for Accuracy:
Conduct final checks on packaged orders to ensure contents, labeling, and documentation match the order requirements before shipping.

Receive incoming shipments (10-20 per day)
Prepare, assemble, and label packages for outgoing shipment (200-300 per day)

Experience and Qualifications
Experience in Shipping or Packaging:
At least 1 year of experience in a shipping, packaging, or similar role, or the ability to learn and execute detailed shipping processes efficiently.
Attention to Detail and Accuracy:
Proven ability to assemble, label, and verify orders with precision while following detailed company protocols or job aids.
Physical Capability and Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages weighing up to 50lb as part of daily responsibilities.
Commitment to Quality and Efficiency:
Demonstrated understanding of how packaging quality impacts the customer experience, with the ability to work quickly without compromising standards.

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Through the use of company provided tools, the Inventory Specialist will document vehicle condition within company standards which includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. In addition, by using a system of priorities, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for directing the flow of traffic in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer's needs. Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles Determine operational capability of motor vehicles Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles Maintain inventory of all materials used Compliance to company policies and procedures Compliance to safety requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Must be 18 years or older
* Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
* General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred
* Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred
* Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Driver's license preferred
