Responsibilities:
Data gathering on current inventory and associated pricing for renewal and transformation business cases:
Extracting data from various systems including IGT, VECRM, VRD, VZ Business Central, The Guide, Contract Viewer, F & E, Billing applications, OLI (A3 Report), etc.
Requires troubleshooting, identifying gaps in the data, and researching the accuracy of data coming out of various systems
Providing data on current inventory and associated pricing to PCM and Sales for Analysis purposes
Importing data to various systems and tools including CP, PQ, vPrice, IGT, Proposal Manager, and various other application and ad hoc models
Providing consolidated customer-facing inventory:
Importing data to a standardized output will allow the sales team to present the info to the customers
Qualifications:

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and support scheduled production through accurate staging and paperwork validation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular updates and reconciliations

Stage and organize materials for production
Validate and enter production paperwork
Identify and communicate potential stock shortages to purchasing and management

Work Environment
Fast paced food production and warehouse environment with frequent interaction with cross functional teams (production, sales, logistics, accounting/finance, and quality assurance)
The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office environment with prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk working on a computer
Frequently works in warehouse/plant in heat/cold conditions and required use of personal protective equipment. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control is a plus
Prior experience in food manufacturing environment is preferred
Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures (or willingness to learn)
Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
