Hidden Valley Ranch is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory operations within SAP and EWM systems. The Inventory Systems Analyst supports warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring inventory management systems function effectively and accurately. In this role, you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse operations teams regarding system-related inventory issues.
Monitor inventory transactions in SAP EWM/WMS to ensure accuracy of stock levels and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Support and troubleshoot daily warehouse execution activities (receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counting, PGI, scrapping).
Conduct root cause analysis on inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain and update system configurations related to storage bins, stock types, and movement types.
Assist with creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for system usage.
Partner with operations teams to identify process improvements and drive automation within inventory workflows.
Support cycle counting, physical inventory activities, and reconciliation processes.
Generate regular reports on inventory accuracy, bin utilization, and system performance KPIs.
Participate in testing, validation, and go-live support for system enhancements, upgrades, or new functionalities.
Collaborate with IT and supply chain to support integrations between ERP/WMS systems and transportation or planning systems
Ability to work flexible hours and/or overtime as needed
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain systems environment.
Hands-on experience with SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, MES or another Warehouse Management System. Emphasis on SAP EWM and S/4HANA
Strong understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and inventory control.

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy at our recycling facility and offsite warehouse, covering raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products. The Inventory Control Specialist will help with data collection and serve as a model for safety and operational excellence. Additionally, this role will provide support for shipping and receiving activities as required and will report directly to the Logistics Manager.
Requirements
Leading a culture of safety compliance, especially regarding material handling equipment.
Manage data and transactions within a Warehouse Management System and create reports to support management decision-making.

Job Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
Ensure that all product is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
Reconcile inventory to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions are occurring
Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and workstations
Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations
Ensure that all items meet the required quality standards and specifications
Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale order requirements
Run and maintain inventory level reports
Take pride in the appearance of the store by ensuring all areas, including restrooms, are consistently clean, safe, and guest-ready
Qualifications
Ability to collaborate and work with others, while also able to work with limited supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies
Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies
Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies
Education
High school diploma/GED required
Equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted
Experience
1-3 years' experience in a retail environment

Working conditions
Work is performed in several locations that include a cannabis cultivation and production facility. The working area may be odorous at times and loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures. Involves frequent contact with staff. Work may include dealing with law enforcement and occasional State inspectors. May be asked to occasionally travel to locations outside of AYR's network.
Physical requirements
Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
