We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and packaging orders for shipment according to company standards - Coordinate with carriers and freight providers to schedule pickups and deliveries - Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records - Support inventory management by tracking shipped items and updating relevant systems - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the shipping process - Collaborate with team members to improve shipping efficiency and accuracy Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with shipping software or inventory management systems - Ability to lift and move packages as needed and stand for extended periods We value a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during the workday. Number of Hires: 1 Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hour Type of Position: Hourly - On Site Location: Irving, TX 33763 Available Shifts: Weekend and afternoon availability required. Weekdays: 10am-7pm, 5pm-10pm, 2pm-8pm Weekends: 8am-5pm availability Approximately 8-25 hours varying per week depending on business needs.
