As a Selector Trainee, you will work individually selecting full-case grocery, frozen, and/or perishable products from warehouse pick slots using a pallet jack or other equipment. You will either use order sheets or an audio headset. You will then fit the items on a pallet (are you good at Tetris?), plastic wrap the bundles, transport pallets to shipping dock and in some cases, load them onto a trailer for delivering to customers. All of our employees are expected to make safety their top priority. $25.13 per hour to start needing open availability to work any shift.
**Job Description**
**You will contribute by:**
+ Ensure accuracy of work and adherence to production and safety standards
+ Utilize necessary pick sheet or technology (e.g. voice, scanner) to select product.
+ Operate double walkie-rider or pallet jack to remove case(s) of product from storage rack and place on pallet and stick selection labels to the appropriate cases (not in all cases)
+ Move pallet on an electric pallet jack or walkie-rider until full or order is complete then transport pallets to shipping dock for delivery to retail stores.
+ Use proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damage and inform supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description.
+ Write store number on pallets. (not in all cases)
+ Use battery hoist and change battery, if necessary
+ Keep work area clean
+ Complete equipment inspection form
+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned

The Warehouse Technician will process orders, prepare items for shipment and receive incoming inventory. We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Inventory team. As an Inventory Control Specialist at our American Canyon, CA facility.
We are looking for a capable Inventory Control Specialist to support our company's fulfillment warehouse operations. You will ensure item and location accuracy and data integrity as well as perform various warehouse activities.
What you'll be doing:
• Perform frequent cycle counts and item inspections
• Research problem orders for resolution and shipping
• Utilize RF Scanners to consolidate and re-locate product
• Research physically and systematically inventory discrepancies
• Execute inventory count schedules
• Track and report damages and adjustments
• Perform full physical inventory counts
• Assist in other departments as needed
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Abide by all company safety and security guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
• Communicate and manage emails with Customer Service group
• Use of our WMS
• Drive forklift: order picker/cherry picker
Who you are:
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in a warehouse environment dealing with inventory
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email, and WMS
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Experience working in a direct-to-consumer environment preferred

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00
YOUR ROLE
Are you known for your attention to detail? Are you passionate about inventory management and investigating missing items? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to perform inventory reconciliations and identify and resolve discrepancies.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Run inventory report using the appropriate inventory query from WMS program and transfer data to Count Sheet template and shared network.
* Print Count Sheets in location sequence. Conduct physical inventory count and enter quantity onto Count Sheet. Record and enter count results into system.
* Research inventory discrepancies by cycle counting discrepant items. Run transaction history to identify the last locations that product was stored.
* Conduct search of "Staging" areas. Perform "Empty" location audits. Record and report the results of the count and audits. Report findings to department supervisor or designated representative.
* Assist in other areas such as operations, shipping and receiving as needed.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED. Less than one year related experience.
* Credentials: Forklift Driver certification. Valid state issued driver's license, preferred.
* Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and/or data entry. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
* Characteristics: Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs. Ability to read, comprehend and write basic correspondence. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
