**Position Responsibilities**
+ Check in and out truck drivers in a timely manner using Carrier Point (logistics software used by Ryder)
+ Accurately handle all transactions which in many cases are legal documents
+ Assign drivers to doors to be loaded and unloaded
+ Assign material handlers to load the trucks
+ Complete the bill of ladings for drivers and get the proper signatures
+ Maintain the office areas to include filing and cleaning duties as required
+ Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies and procedures of the Company and Standards established by Office of Safety and Health Administration
+ Execute new approaches/procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and services performed
**Total Rewards:**

Under the general direction of the Training Manager, the Associate Distribution Operations Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs for Associate Distribution Operators (ADOs), Dispatchers, and Field Personnel. This position also contributes to process improvement by reviewing OMS data for quality assurance and supporting compliance audits.
This position follows a Monday-Friday schedule but requires flexibility for after-hours, weekends, or storm-response support.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Development
Design, develop, and implement role-based curriculum for Distribution Operations and Field Personnel aligned with AES standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Train-the-Trainer (TTT), Simulation Scenarios, Computer-Based Training (CBT), and Just-in-Time (JIT) modules.
Create Instructor Guides, Learner Guides, and self-study materials.

Shipping and receiving coordinator job in Dayton, OH
Primarily interfaces with production, transportation, and sales departments, with periodic interface with all other departments. Follows company policies and procedures to ensure product is properly handled accounted for and inventoried.
Arrives on or before scheduled start time to properly review duties for the day.
Physically handles product, materials and equipment (racks, pallets, pallet jacks, etc.) to assist in the distribution of bread and cake products; may include traying, racking, positioning of empty/full racks, loading/unloading of vehicles.
Monitors product quality according to company standards (proper size, color texture, slicking, packaging, etc.); keeps equipment and area neat, clean, and orderly.
Properly wears personal protective equipment as supplies and directed by the company; wears uniforms/clothing in accordance with GMP's/company standards.
Counts/breaks down product per orders/invoices to ensure the proper distribution of product report overage/shortage discrepancies to supervisor.
Uses company established procedures to safely load/unload product on route trucks, tractor trailers or other vehicles for distribution to depots and consumers; includes proper securing/booming of loads; includes handling of empty pallets/racks used in the distribution process. May include non-product equipment/supplies for depots.
Communicates/coordinates with others to maintain and assure proper predict flow; assists other members of the bakery team where needed (breakdown, emergencies, etc.).
Performs other functions as required by plant supervision, practices and complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety and other work rules.
