Production of wire harness and cable assemblies using hand and power tools (including specialized crimpers, drills, soldering tools, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, wire strippers, precision measuring instruments, etc.) Daily cable and harness techniques (wire cutting, stripping, crimping, pinning out, soldering, braiding, use of lacing tape to secure wire bundles, testing, etc.) Ability to read and understand the customer drawings, parts list, wire list, and instructions on how to manufacture the wire harness and cable assembly. Make continuity checks on work in process. Conduct in-process inspections on product in accordance with quality specifications. Work collaboratively with the Management team to correct and improve upon any documents related to the assembly process.
