SCHEDULE Night Shift 6:00 pm - 6:30 am (2-2-3 schedule) *Must be willing to work weekends and holidays that fall into schedule. SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS Responsible for the labeling, staging, and picking of production. Also, responsible for load out's and receiving of all products and supplies for the dry operation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reports to and follows the directions of the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and Plant Supervisor/Foreperson. Maintain proper rotation of the products, inventory of supplies, and of assigned items. See that all powder orders are properly shipped, and all necessary paperwork is properly filled out. Assure that the warehouse stays clean and orderly at all times and those yellow borders stay clean. All supplies and inventory items remain 18” from the walls. The warehouse must remain USDA inspection ready at all times. Conduct monthly and yearly inventories. Keep management personnel up to date on warehouse operations through verbal and written communications. Confirm product quality is acceptable prior to shipping. Assure that all products meet customer requirements. Inspects all trucks prior to loading; they must be clean, free of any foreign debris. Do not load any damaged product. Aid in the training of new personnel. Follow all safety, working, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules. Perform other duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. High School level verbal and written communication skills. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess or be able to obtain an Industrial Truck Operator License.
