Essential Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a candidate to perform general facilities duties which primarily include, but are not limited to:
Receiving packages, entering into Shipping & Receiving tracking database and delivering to site tenants in a professional manner
Processing pre-packaged outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, promptness, accountability, and condition of shipments meet established standards
Utilizing company routines and materials management technologies to ensure goods security
Acting as an on-site Point-of-Contact for end users regarding Shipping & Receiving support
Escorting delivery personnel and special equipment when necessary
Safely utilizing pallet jacks, delivery carts, and forklifts, and other S&R equipment
Following site-specific SOPs, work procedures, and Shipping & Receiving programs
Under the supervision of the S&R Supervisor, maintaining shipping and receiving equipment

Forklift Certification
Working knowledge of basic PC use including email and Microsoft Word
Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to perform work onsite in the Brisbane office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
