Maintain and monitor truck and receiving logs, ensuring all daily inventory control paperwork is completed accurately. The Receiver Tech is responsible for managing all deliveries coming into the community, ensuring accurate distribution, maintaining organized storage areas, and providing flexible support across departments. The Receiver Tech provides high-quality service to residents, staff, and vendors through efficient logistics handling, professional communication, and a willingness to “jump in” wherever needed. PRINCIPAL DUTIES Essential Job Duties Receives, logs, organizes, and distributes all deliveries to their proper departments, storage areas, or resident destinations. Maintains orderly and clearly labeled storage, receiving, and supply areas. Coordinates with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal departments to ensure accurate drop-off and timely pick-up.
