Working Conditions & Physical Efforts:
The job is performed in an indoor shop environment. The temperature range can be from 100 degrees in the summer to about 50 degrees in the winter. Most operations may expose employee to some type of disagreeable working conditions (wind, cold, heat, dust, dirt, fumes, noise, vibration, water, or oil). Working conditions may vary with specific work assignments. Exposure to electrical hazards, grease, loud noises, and outside elements occur continually or regularly. Extreme care should be taken to prevent damage to equipment or department personnel in the area of operations especially when performing setups. The job requires safety glasses, hearing protection, and metatarsal safety shoes be worn at all times. The employee must be able to spend the entire work shift on their feet within the shop environment. The incumbent must also be able to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) for working in the production facility.
Hazards:
This job requires handling metal objects some of which have sharp edges. Extreme care and awareness should be taken for all production jobs. Below are some common hazards that exist for this particular position. Job Scope
Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping both domestically and globally all products DiaSorin manufactures and distributes.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform product delivery according to established standards assuring that product is delivered in a manner that meets the needs of the customer and is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Accurately pick orders from the Transfer Order to ensure correct kit part, lot and quantity are pulled for each order.
* Pick and segregate orders, grouping them by movement (domestic/international) and by product type.
* Accurately pack orders from the Delivery Note (sales order) paying attention to specific packaging instructions required for each order. (i.e. kool-packs, dry-ice, peanuts)
* Manifest packages in both an Express and/or Freight Forwarder environment.
* Accurately manifest, track and reconcile domestic/international shipment details with Customer Service.
* Perform daily invoicing of shipments to relieve inventory of product and ensure all respective invoice copies accompany the shipment.
* Enter SLI information and other required paperwork for International shipments in accordance with Trade Compliance requirements.
* Ship hazardous materials and completed dangerous goods paperwork necessary to accompany a shipment. (Dangerous Goods Certified)
* Support and maintain the integrity of the MRP system by processing system information in a timely and accurate manner.

Warehouse Stocker -
A well-known automotive dealership in the Twin Cities is looking for their next Warehouse Stocker!
Responsibilities Include:
Unwrap and unload incoming delivery of parts to warehouse.
Stock parts in proper warehouse location in an organized manner.
Accurately read customer invoices to identify parts needed to fulfill order.
Stage invoices by locating parts, pulling parts from warehouse, ensuring correct quantity, and placing orders in proper staged location.
Document all parts added and removed from location to ensure efficient levels are stocked on hand.
