Job Description
THE POSITION:
At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We're open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can't wait.
The most important aspect of this position is to productively execute the movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment per EVERSANA SOPs. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift).

Qualifications

Work experience in a fast-paced, distribution warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred
Previous forklift operation experience required.

The Role:

This role ensures timely communication and follow-up with clients, maintains compliance documentation, coordinates site activities, and supports facility operations to ensure an efficient, compliant, and welcoming workplace. The Warehouse Coordinator reports into site leadership and partners closely with Operations and People teams to ensure the site runs smoothly and meets both internal and client requirements.
What You'll Do:
Client & Compliance Support
Serve as the main point of contact for incoming client communications specific to site operations.
Acknowledge receipt of emails, respond promptly, and ensure timely resolution or follow-up.
Track and manage completion of all tasks or requests related to client correspondence.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including MSDS sheets, regulatory forms, and audit records.
Create and delete user profiles in MasterControl and support other compliance systems as directed.
Operational & Administrative Coordination
Schedule and track preventive maintenance (PM) activities for site equipment.
Support receiving, inventory, or cycle count activities as needed.
Schedule inbound/outbound trucks and coordinate related documentation.
Run and distribute daily operational reports (e.g., timeclock, labor, or temperature logs).
Keep site temperature monitoring systems visible and alert-ready at all times.
Workplace & Employee Experience
Assist with site event coordination (birthdays, holidays, lunches, celebrations).
Partner with the People and Operations teams on employee engagement and communications.
Ensure common areas and offices are organized, stocked, and well-presented.
Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and supplies as needed.
Other
Support other warehouse or administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting, expense tracking, and data entry.

Must have proficient Excel experience (creating formulas, inputting data, creating spreadsheets)
Experience managing communications and documentation for government or regulated clients preferred.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulatory compliance contracting environments.
Familiarity with MasterControl or other document management systems.
Intermediate to advanced Spanish language skills.
