Essential Functions
Responsible for inspecting materials to ensure that products meet established quality standards and quantities are correct for each order
Perform final machining, finishing, and assembly operations on aluminum poles
Perform drilling, painting and component installation on aluminum poles
Bundle, crate, box and wrap products to be shipped to protect the finished product from freight damage Load truck with finished product
Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work both in a non-temperature controlled environment and outdoors.

Working Conditions & Physical Efforts:
The job is performed in an indoor shop environment. The temperature range can be from 100 degrees in the summer to about 50 degrees in the winter. Most operations may expose employee to some type of disagreeable working conditions (wind, cold, heat, dust, dirt, fumes, noise, vibration, water, or oil). Working conditions may vary with specific work assignments. Exposure to electrical hazards, grease, loud noises, and outside elements occur continually or regularly. Extreme care should be taken to prevent damage to equipment or department personnel in the area of operations especially when performing setups. The job requires safety glasses, hearing protection, and metatarsal safety shoes be worn at all times. The employee must be able to spend the entire work shift on their feet within the shop environment. The incumbent must also be able to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) for working in the production facility.
Hazards:
This job requires handling metal objects some of which have sharp edges. Extreme care and awareness should be taken for all production jobs. Below are some common hazards that exist for this particular position. Set up and run of equipment provides the potential for injury through slips, falls, strains, pinch points, tripping hazards, shot blasting equipment, high pressure air nozzles, material handling equipment.

Job Scope
Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping both domestically and globally all products DiaSorin manufactures and distributes.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform product delivery according to established standards assuring that product is delivered in a manner that meets the needs of the customer and is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Accurately pick orders from the Transfer Order to ensure correct kit part, lot and quantity are pulled for each order.
* Pick and segregate orders, grouping them by movement (domestic/international) and by product type.
* Accurately pack orders from the Delivery Note (sales order) paying attention to specific packaging instructions required for each order. (i.e. kool-packs, dry-ice, peanuts)
* Manifest packages in both an Express and/or Freight Forwarder environment.
* Accurately manifest, track and reconcile domestic/international shipment details with Customer Service.
* Perform daily invoicing of shipments to relieve inventory of product and ensure all respective invoice copies accompany the shipment.
* Enter SLI information and other required paperwork for International shipments in accordance with Trade Compliance requirements.

General Description:

Prepare items for shipping by inspecting for damage, cleaning, and bagging parts if necessary
Pack orders in a safe, neat and professional manner
Uses order fulfillment software to print shipping labels and affix to customer packaging.
Sort packages according to destination and shipping carrier.
Must meet daily shipping schedule deadlines.
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established procedures.
Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality
Other duties and projects as needed.
Work Experience and Abilities:
1 year of order fulfillment, shipping, manufacturing, warehouse or other relevant fast paced experience (preferred)
Organized, detail oriented and ability to concentrate on fine detail with interruptions.

Position Overview
As a Shipping/Receiving Technician, youll report to the Distribution Manager and play a critical role in supporting production and customer fulfillment. Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
Maintain a safe, organized work environment in accordance with OSHA, state, and local regulations.
Follow all SOPs, cGMPs, FDA, and DOT regulations at all times.
Perform daily safety checks on warehouse equipment and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Receiving & Inventory Control
Receive finished products, raw materials, and packaging components.
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and specifications.
Inspect materials for damage, properly label them, and move them to designated storage locations based on temperature and handling requirements.
Perform cycle counts and inventory transactions to ensure accurate inventory records.
Material Issuance & Distribution
Issue raw materials and packaging items to production while maintaining accurate inventory.
Pick, pack, and distribute internal and external customer orders efficiently.
Shipping & Documentation
Prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct packaging and adherence to shipping requirements.
Create and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading.
Process returned products and complete all associated documentation and system transactions.
Equipment Operation
Safely operate forklifts, motorized and manual pallet jacks, and pallet-wrapping equipment to load and unload shipments.
Continuous Improvement
Actively participate in Bimedas Continuous Improvement program by suggesting process improvements, supporting project teams, and helping eliminate waste.
What Were Looking For
Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent walking, bending, pushing/pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver up to 100 lbs.
02 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution environment.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with QAD or other inventory control systems.
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
Previous experience driving a box truck.
Experience with continuous improvement or lean initiatives.
Familiarity with FDA-regulated or cGMP-compliant environments.
Hazmat endorsement and/or hazardous material shipping certification.
Forklift certification and experience.
