The Shipping/Crating Specialist is responsible for packing product into pre-cut crates for domestic or foreign shipment, verifying shipment for correct materials and handling instructions, and loading product and related parts on truck and/or flatbeds.

This includes but is not limited to the safe operation of the forklift, trailer inspection, verification that chains are utilized across docks when not in use, and verification that wheels are chocked. Inform supervision of any safety deficiencies or equipment maintenance needs.
6.Complete daily receiving log each time a shipment is received documenting date of receipt, company name, item, lot numbers, invoice quantity, actual quantity, received by and location.
7.Perform all other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
