Outbound Operations
* With the Transportation Team, schedule outbound freight to comply with the warehouse operations and capacities.
* Ensure proper labels and tickets have been applied before shipping.
* Assist in loading/unloading trucks when necessary; operate forklift, as needed.
* Communicates scheduled pick up with carriers based on outbound shipments
Inbound Operations
* Schedules Inbound loads to comply with warehouse operations and capacities.
* Ensure the quality of the loads from labels, pallets, palletization, wrapping systems data is within standards and accurate (including product dimension audits).
* Assist in loading/unloading trucks when necessary; operate forklift, as needed.
* Facilitates Buyback / Samples to manufacturing plants.
* Processes Refusals delivered to the site.
* Assists in facilitating the flow of warehouse destructions.
Safety
* Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
* Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse (site, CTPAT).
* Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
* Comply with OHSA and other applicable standards.
* Reports issues and problems to Management.
* Ensure that safety/housekeeping regulations are met and that all employees are working in a safe environment.
Documentation
* Ensure the accuracy of all outbound/inbound documents both domestically and internationally.
* Gather and maintain all data and records relative to outbound/inbound activities.
* Enter data into systems.
* Ensure that packaging counts match documents.
* Assist in resolving any discrepancies.

May rotate and bend at the waist while reaching into storage bins and positioning body in front of the machine/part on an occasional basis.
Reaches with hands/arms in any direction from approximately 3 inches off the floor to overhead range on a frequent basis in any direction. On an occasional basis, the employee may need to hold in a static position with sustained reaching to the waist to head range while pushing or pulling up to 70 lbs to achieve the proper level of torque.
Frequently lifts, up to 10-15 lbs. throughout the shift. Occasionally lifts, up to 25 lbs; On a rare basis, the employee might lift, up to 35 lbs. On an occasional basis, the employee may need to hold in a static position with sustained reaching to the waist to head range while holding 10-15 lbs.

Perform basic sanitation duties to ensure a clean environment. Inspect all incoming loads for evidence of spoilage, odors, damaged containers, insects, rodents, excessive heat damage, freezer damage, water damage, mold or product leakage and report same to Warehouse Director
Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation
Identify and report any mechanical issues with warehouse equipment
Comply with warehouse and food safety guidelines
Work effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations assisting where and when needed

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for logging all shipments, greeting, and signing guests in to the facility. As a Material Handler you will be responsible for loading, unloading, processing and storing hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials at a permitted waste treatment facility with supervision.
Essential Functions & Requirements:
