What You'll Do
* Investigate damage complaints and prepare reports detailing findings and make recommendations to resolve complaints.
* The damage complaints may include but not be limited to: service quality, high or low voltage, landscape damage caused by company equipment or personnel, etc.
* Assist with pre checking jobs, customer contacts, work with stores, distribution crews and applicable supervision to secure and provide the necessary tools and equipment for the crew personnel.
* Support technical training needs when requested and coordinate training with technical trainers if needed. Conduct distribution line training as needed.
* Inspect and test distribution line tools and equipment.
* Promote and enforce the Company's Accident Prevention, Safety and Health Programs, and assist line crews on jobs as required for work area protection and ground worker assistance.
* Support service restoration activities and assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Production Warehouse Associate at Belt Power, LLC., will perform a variety of duties in our shipping and receiving department and will also be responsible for the fabrication and installation of conveyor belts and related products either-in-house or at a customer site.
Responsibilities Include:
Build/repair belts and conveyor belt components.
Install and vulcanizing lightweight conveyor belting.
Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies; maintain stock area, follows sales orders.

The Freight Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling freight movements, managing logistics within the Transportation Management System (TMS), and providing operational support to drivers, internal teams and management. This role requires a valid CDL to move and retrieve sleeper cabs and trailers between locations as needed. The Freight Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for freight scheduling and occasional driver inquiries outside of standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule van and flatbed shipments through the company's TMS
Plan and monitor freight movements to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency
Move and retrieve sleeper cabs and trailers to and from the shop as operational needs require
Maintain accurate records of shipments, equipment movements, and logistics data
Provide occasional after-hours support to drivers (on-call availability approximately 24/5 as needed)
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal departments regarding load status and scheduling
Assist with troubleshooting freight or scheduling issues as they arise
Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic tracking, reporting, and data entry tasks
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations when operating commercial vehicles
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Experience scheduling van and flatbed loads using a Transportation Management System (TMS)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or freight coordination
Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance
