Job Description
Responsible for helping in all daily functions related to the receiving, warehousing and direct issuance of goods and services received at the property or properties assigned. The Receiver must have average working knowledge of receiving and warehousing operations. Receiver must have average knowledge of all functions as related to the receiving process - specifically printing receiving worksheets, creating Receivers, Purchase Order research, Vendor research, and historical research.
Assist in the unloading of goods from delivery trucks
Responsible for following all processes and procedures of the receiving dock including but not limited to proper receipt of product, delivery of product, and resolving discrepancies with deliveries.
Compare invoices and/or delivery documents provided by the vendor to the Purchase Order to verify quantity, and quality, are correct. This may involve the weighing of product, counting, and sorting of product to ensure product meets Boyd Gaming specifications and standards.
Spot check product with catch weights using the scale provided at dock. Print verified weights on receiving worksheet using scale printer.
Resolve delivery discrepancies - have delivery document changed by the driver so that invoice or delivery documents are correct before signing.
Accurately update receiving documents in the purchasing system.
Transport product to appropriate location (e.g., warehouse, refrigerator, freezer, food & beverage outlets, etc.)
Assist fellow team members with checking in, stocking, rotating, and organizing product, as needed
Responsible for following all processes and procedures of the warehouse including but not limited to filling issue requisitions, updating issue requisitions, delivery of product to all outlets, proper rotation of stock ensuring FIFO is in place, responding to the needs of all outlets and departments.
Ensure all Non-PO packages (guest packages, samples, warranty work etc.) are logged accurately and legibly on the package/freight log sheets.
Ensure proper signature(s) are obtained on the issue requisition(s) at delivery of product.
Deliver products/orders (including freight), to the appropriate departments/outlets, as needed
Ensure proper signature(s) are obtained on the package/freight log sheets at delivery of product.
Assist warehouse management in the periodic Inventory processes.
Help maintain the liquor tree, BIB, and Keg areas. Ensure product is refilled as directed by management.
Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the receiving dock, warehouse, refrigerators, freezers, and hallways.
Follow departmental filing process as to help maintain proper document retention and storage
Must consistently exhibit effective communication skills.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum one year experience in warehouse/receiving operations.
Basic computer skills and math skills.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds without accommodation.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Able to bend, stoop, reach, push, and carry.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming, health regulations and Boyd Gaming.
Must have a valid Louisiana Driver's License.

* Examine condition of product as it arrives from various carriers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Be familiar with all Company products and packaging.
2. Report all damaged product to Warehouse Day Manager.
3. Unload all incoming beer loads for warehouse. Verify counts and place product in back-stock area.
4. Accurately verify received product to include the correct address, seal number, quantity of cases and dunnage, product pull dates, package types and pull dates.
5. Maintain all appropriate paperwork relating to the receiving and shipping of product including tally sheets, receiving log, hot shots, transfers, promo tickets, etc.
6. Fill order(s) or request(s) for merchandise from stock and place order(s) on pallets or in appropriate vehicle.
7. Ensure loads (keg routes, hotshots, package routes, special events, etc.) are done accurately and neatly with stop and load sequence written on each pallet.
8. Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition. Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first.
9. Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage. Review each completed load and make sure it can be counted without having to move any product.
10. Ensure proper organization, cleanliness and rotation of the package storage area, draught storage, staging and racking.
11. Correctly stack products in compliance with Company standard operating procedures.
12. Replenish all pick locations in the warehouse ensuring code dates are properly rotated.
13. Move pallets from staging to correct zone in backstock location. Rotate code dates, as needed.
14. Prior to the end of shift, ensure all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and are properly stored. Sweep, mop, clean up breakage, and restock pick area before leaving; keep work area clean.
15. Operate equipment, such as forklift, baler, sweeper/scrubber, electric jack, wrapper, glue gun, and manual pump handle jack, safely and sensibly. Take responsibility by adhering to rules of operation of Company equipment ensuring the safety of self and other employees.
16. Maintain assigned forklift and forklift batteries as well as assigned handheld and scanner in compliance with Company procedures.
17. Report to work on time. At the end of each shift, report to Warehouse Day Manager prior to departure. Obtain approval prior to working in excess of regularly scheduled hours.
18. Responsible for ensuring all time worked is properly and accurately recorded utilizing the appropriate, designated modes of timekeeping.
19. Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the Company.
20. Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures outlined in the KEG 1 Missouri, LLC Employee Handbook.

Position Overview:
The Billing & Receivable Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the financial health of the organization by ensuring accurate billing processes and efficient collections. This position involves preparing, issuing, and tracking invoices, reconciling accounts, and following up on outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role is critical in maintaining strong relationships with clients and contributing to the timely collection of revenue.What You'll Do:
Generate and distribute B2B & B2C invoices to customers accurately and on time.
Research and resolve discrepancies in billing or payment processing for B2B & B2C customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of communications, payment statuses, and account updates.
Support daily cash application process by providing necessary documentation.
Identifies collection irregularities including credits, deductions, payments on accounts, portal rejections, short payments, disputes and investigating discrepancies.
Research & resolve internal & external incoming inquiries and or designated team shared inbox per established KPI metrics.
Execute & complete month-end task/ account reconciliations per the established timeline.
Performing daily collections outreaches and adhering to documenting all collection activity.
What You'll Need to be Successful
2+ years of experience working in the Account Receivable space payment posting, billing, collection, and customer service experience.

Comply with and support GMP, Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Data entry of finished goods produced, packaging components or raw materials received, and location transfers in the ERP (SAP) system. Print and apply pallet tickets on materials received.

Physical movement of packaging components and raw materials in warehouse locations using various powered lift equipment and prepare documentation of location movements.
Responsible for outbound shipment of finished goods. Inspect trailer, analyze load weight, pull, and load finished goods, complete shipping documents, and seal trailer. Also load trailers with inventory and non-inventory materials for destruction.
Perform safety checks and other routine PMs.
Assist in the development of OJT s (On the Job Training) and train others on departmental OJT s.
Load and operate various freight elevators to transfer materials from Warehouse to various GMP areas in the facility.
Pull and destroy rejected and obsolete material per local procedure. Participate in cycle count and/or physical inventory counting of materials.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
Ensure quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.
