Receive, store and pull product from warehouse, maintaining organization of product in the warehouse and ensure proper management of inventory. Job Responsibilities: Upon receipt of goods, verifying and ensuring the product received matches the product ordered as indicated on the purchase order, and verify the quantity of product received. Ensure all receiving documents are properly obtained and verified. Inspect the product as appropriate for any food safety concerns or damage to the product, and obtain all product information. Obtain trucker's information and make copies of the trucker's identification and freight documents. Assist with preparing tag numbers and tags for each pallet of product received and place tag numbers on multiple locations on the pallet so the product can be easily identified to a particular shipment and supplier.
