ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify the parts to be received into inventory to verify they are correct from vendor.
Checks and signs delivery slips. Assists with unloading as necessary.
Verify count of all parts received.
Identify damage and loss or surplus of freight delivered.
Bag all parts per the correct amount.
Receive parts on an ERP system.
Correctly label all bags and place on put-away cart.
Prepares inventory received for movement to the appropriate areas within the warehouse.
Detect vendor shortages and communicate said shortages appropriately to management.
Notify the appropriate department of any and all discrepancies.
Ensure that training is up to date and recognize the need for additional and/or continuous training.
Resolve any discrepancies that occur daily within the receiving process.
Ensure that the quality of product in the warehouse has met the PEI-Genesis and ISO 9001: 2008/AS9100C: 2009 standards.
Ability to fluctuate schedule as deemed necessary by management or as the work load requires.
Transports and shifts material using appropriate handling equipment to include fork lift if trained to do so.

Job Summary

Entering all data using the Visual Manufacturing program.

What You'll Do:
