Responsibilities Real Alloy in Post Falls, ID, is looking to add another Shipping and Receiving Associate to our team! This is a critical role in the daily operation of the facility. We're looking for someone that can communicate effectively with fellow employees, customers, truck drivers, contractors, & all visitors entering the plant. Safety policies will need to be understood & explained to those visiting the site. Extensive mobile equipment experience needed! Monday - Friday schedule 7am-3pm, overtime as needed. $26/hour Responsibilities Include: Able to efficiently operate forklift, frontend loader, skid steer to unload - reload various materials Direct communication with truck traffic Load daily out bound waste shipments Load waste into tubs using frontend loader Receive and properly place incoming material in right bins/piles using frontend loader/forklift Legibly complete receiver tickets Scale in and out trucks accurately complete MDC logbook Lot integrity including material segregation and marking of loads Transport stage/ dump raw materials for furnace processing as needed Plant cleanup as needed Correctly stage and ship plant finished goods Other duties deemed necessary Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challenge driven. What You Will Do: Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Spokane Distribution Center located at 9610 W. Hallett Road, Spokane, WA 99224. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies. Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing. Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind, not all available positions operate equipment. Report defects and need for repairs. Utilize pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers. Utilize tools for the application of paint and rust preventative. Perform housekeeping functions as required. Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.
