Stockroom Clerk BSU Inc. is a dynamic and fast-growing Electronic Manufacturing and Design company.
Summary: BSU has an immediate opening for a Stockroom clerk. This position requires good inventory control skills as well as the ability to multitask and to work independently.
Job Duties:
Electronic part recognition.
Picking of electrical components needed for production floor.
Inventory Control tasks such as cycle-counting and replenishment of on-hand inventory.
Supporting production by providing kits and electrical parts for electronic board assembly.
Minimal clerical duties may be required, such as generating labels, entering items into the inventory system, entering items onto Excel worksheets, etc.
Maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience in stockroom in a manufacturing environment.
Expected to read and comprehend process documentation.
Expected to communicate well in English both verbally and in written format.
Candidates should be very organized with the ability to keep count of parts.
Experience in Pick/Pack/Ship or assembly/production experience in a light manufacturing and/or warehouse environment is preferred.
Experience with common Manufacturing/Distribution Center tasks such as picking, packing, receiving, stocking, and knowledge of related documents and/or MRP operation preferred
Experience with BOMs, SOPs, and work instructions is preferred
Knowledge of basic Windows-based PC functionality and the ability to accurately type at a reasonable pace are required.
Education:
High school diploma.
associate Degree (preferred).

Day Shift
Pay DOE - $18-20/hr.
Job Duties-
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks throughout the shift to move materials to and from production, storage, and staging areas.
Pull materials for work orders and ensure production teams receive items needed to avoid downtime.
Load/unload trucks as needed and complete daily equipment checklists.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and adjustments when necessary.
Report discrepancies or potential shortages to internal teams and follow established communication processes.
Maintain storage areas, staging zones, and aisles in a clean, orderly condition.
Handle incoming shipments by checking quantities, inspecting materials, and updating system records.
Route items to appropriate locations or departments.
Prepare outbound materials by picking, labeling, staging, and confirming documentation.
Organize shipments between locations when required.
Requirements
At least 2 years of forklift operation in a warehouse environment.
Prior experience using ERP and WMS systems.
Background in warehousing, distribution, or 3PL operations.
Ability to lift/move up to 55 lbs and work in warm or dusty environments.
Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and a team-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Cross-Functional Support

Required Qualifications
