What You Will Be Doing
Helion is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our in-house Machine Shop to manage part marking, parts cleaning, and incoming/outgoing shipments to support our production and R&D. You will report to the Machine Shop Manager at our Everett, WA location.
You Will
* Promptly unload trucks and deliveries during business hours
* Package materials for shipment and transport to local facilities
* Support laser part marking and parts cleaning operations
* Collaborate with Sourcing and Procurement, Machine Shop, Engineering, and Finance, and other related departments to resolve problems related to receipt and distribution of material
* Manage transactions in Helion's ERP software, MES, and 3PL software

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare shipments for postal or commercial conveyance, selecting the most economical and efficient shipping method and appropriate containers. Safely pack items to ensure secure delivery.
Prepare bills of lading and compare items to be shipped against work orders to ensure accuracy of quantities, destination, and routing.
