Key Responsibilities:
Receiving
Unload inbound trucks, verifying counts and condition of materials.
Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, damage, and conformity to purchase orders.
Receive items into the company inventory system.
Label, tag, and stage materials for distribution to the appropriate departments.
Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damages to Purchasing and Operations immediately.
Shipping:
Prepare outbound shipments including packaging, palletizing, labeling, and documentation.
Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently.
Verify shipping paperwork (BOLs, packing slips, labels) for accuracy.
Coordinate with freight carriers and internal departments regarding shipment schedules.
Warehouse Support:
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of receiving and shipping areas.
Assist with cycle counts and general inventory accuracy.
Follow all Coastline safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Administrative / System Tasks:

Job Description
The Shipping & Facilities Agent (SFA) is responsible for performing shipping and receiving functions and minor building maintenance. Concerning shipping & receiving, the SFA will serve as the subject matter expert for packing patient shipments and will assure that all necessary subordinate processes are completed timely. The SFA will interface with drivers and customer service representatives from third party shippers (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.). POSITION OVERVIEW
The Shipping & Receiving (S&R) team member plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, safe, and compliant movement of inventory into and out of The Armories retail operations. Inventory Processing
Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, part numbers, costs, and reconcile against purchase orders in the point of sale (POS).
Enter inventory into the POS system with 100% accuracy.

Assist with periodic and scheduled inventory counts and reconciliation after hours.
Compliance & Regulatory Documentation
Audit and properly file all Form 4473s (both physical and digital) by end of shift each day.
Review, track, and maintain Federal Firearms Licenses (FFLs), Form 3s, Form 4s, and other regulated documents.
Complete and submit ATF Form 3310 (Multiple Handgun Sale Report) to the appropriate federal and law enforcement agencies.
Process and respond to ATF or law enforcement trace requests with appropriate documentation.
Maintain filing systems in accordance with ATF requirements and internal compliance protocols.
Shipping, Warranty & Transfer Coordination
Package and ship outgoing inventory, ensuring protective handling and accurate documentation.
Coordinate shipment of warranty repairs and manufacturer service requests.
Process incoming and outgoing firearm transfers, following all legal procedures.
Assist with special orders, vendor returns, and inter-store transfers.
Operational Support & Team Contribution
Maintain S&R workstation cleanliness, organization, and efficient workspace layout.
Support the Sales and Customer Service team during high-volume periods when required. Contribute towards sales targets.
Answer phones and assist in-person customer inquiries.
Promote teamwork and communication across departments.
Safety & Workplace Standards
Maintain consistent application of safety procedures when handling firearms and heavy items.
