We are currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator at our Longmont, CO location.
The Shipping Coordinator position verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Safely offload materials from vendors and returns from customers.
Check the contents of packages against packing lists and manifests.
Proper processing of documents, sorting, and disbursement of receivables to correct Job Number and Sales Order Number.
Process receipts in ERP and store products in the properly designated location.
Move all finished products to the designated storage location.

Education/ Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of manufacturing-related experience in shipping and receiving required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Experience utilizing tracking systems for expediters i.e. UPS FedEx, and DHL required.
Previous experience processing electronic UPS / FedEx / DHL for shipping and tracking.
Experience in loading trucks.
Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Experience with computer-generated inventory systems.
Familiarity with pneumatic nail gun and banding equipment.

The role supports production, kitting, and logistics teams to maintain uninterrupted material flow for manufacturing operations.
Hours will be: 1:00PM - 9:30PM, Monday - Friday.
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Receiving:
Unload inbound deliveries using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and coordinate with Quality and Purchasing for resolution.
Tag and route received items to designated warehouse bins or inspection areas.
Record receipts in JobBOSS (or applicable ERP) and update status promptly.
Shipping:
Pull, stage, and pack outbound shipments in accordance with sales orders, project schedules, or RMA requirements.
Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and carrier labels (UPS, FedEx, LTL/FTL).
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with logistics providers and 3PL partners (e.g., Crane WWL, Foothills, IndustrialEx).
Verify accuracy of all outbound shipments to prevent delays or returns.
Warehouse Operations:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones, staging areas, and dock space.
Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and Kanban restocking activities.
Follow 5S and Lean manufacturing principles to support continuous improvement.
Operate material handling equipment safely and report any maintenance needs.
Systems & Documentation:
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in ERP systems and shipping software.
Support documentation control for RMAs, debits, and returned materials.
Assist with process improvements related to inventory accuracy and on-time shipping metrics.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade coursework preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.· Systems: Experience with ERP systems (JobBOSS, Epicor, or equivalent) and carrier platforms (UPS/FedEx).

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Utility associate is responsible for restocking retail and kiosks locations, transporting product from shared kitchens to restaurants, as well as providing timely, accurate, and friendly support to other team members. Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All Paradies Lagardère positions, including Utility, require that you embody a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members always. Exceed First Class Service standards and behavior with guests, business partners, and peers.
Maintain a professional company image by adhering to all grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip resistant shoes.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, according to OSHA regulations.
Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
Coordinate with kiosks and shared kitchen to ensure grab and go product is well stocked and available for sale.
Load cart with products from the shared kitchen and stock areas and ensure quick and efficient delivery to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores
Maintain stock areas and ensure product is rotated.
Perform light maintenance.
Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
Assist team members with any necessary stocking of items.
Be compliant with all local, state, federal laws and regulation including those relating to food safety.
Help receive product and properly store inventory immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED is required.
Experience in a high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred.
ServSafe Certification or equivalent is preferred.
Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations.
Experience in proper chemical handling.
Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively, in English.
Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
Positive interpersonal skills.
Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics, in English.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and to perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
