Summary/Objective The Shipping Associate supports daily shipping operations by preparing documentation, coordinating pickups, and ensuring accuracy of all outbound shipments. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to assist multiple departments with shipping and administrative needs. Confirm all shipments leaving the dock to ensure accuracy. Scan all shipment documents into Acumatica for proper recordkeeping. Create labels for Daimler PDC's and Paccar PDC's. Perform hit tracking and related data entry for management (Greg and Alex). Order and maintain shop supply inventory. Track and report foil tape usage for Buyer/planners.
