Following proper organization and triage methods for all inbound inventory to Sigma Surplus including photographing items, uploading photos into the proper system, as well as labeling items for them to then be put away into inventory storage. Triage, sort, and breakdown of automation related MRO components, as well as checking in the contents of an order to then later be priced and reviewed by the team. This includes accurate capture of the manufacturer (OEM), part numbers, condition, and quantity. Assist with processing and listing of MRO components onto our various ecommerce platforms via template and SKU creation using both internal and third-party software solutions. Assist the organized put away of items into our warehouse using SkuVault software. Assist with consolidation efforts throughout the warehouse to maximize space efficiencies. Assist with the picking, packing and shipping of daily outbound shipments in order to fulfill customer orders and help manage order backlog. Preparing parcels for shipment by expediting company (i.e. - UPS, USPS, FedEx) Managing daily work requirements of the assigned team to ensure daily, weekly, monthly and yearly work goals and metrics are obtained. Operate a forklift and/or order picker to assist in moving or consolidating of products.
