Position:
We are currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator at our Longmont, CO location.
The Shipping Coordinator position verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Safely offload materials from vendors and returns from customers.
Check the contents of packages against packing lists and manifests.
Proper processing of documents, sorting, and disbursement of receivables to correct Job Number and Sales Order Number.
Process receipts in ERP and store products in the properly designated location.
Move all finished products to the designated storage location.
Receive and inspect returned products and communicate issues to appropriate BPA contact.
Receive, document, and process damaged receipts.
Communicate with assembly and manufacturing teams about the ongoing status of awaiting inbound parts.
Safe preparation and loading of outgoing packages and equipment.
Responsible for wrapping, packing, palletizing, skidding, or crating outgoing parts, packages, and equipment.
Use computer hardware and software to generate labels and maintain equipment.
Process outbound items in accordance with Sales Orders.
Accurate processing and documentation of outbound shipments.
Operate manual and electric pallet jack and or forklift as needed.
Maintain and organize adequate shipping supplies.
Performing daily clean-up.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/ Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of manufacturing-related experience in shipping and receiving required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Experience utilizing tracking systems for expediters i.e. UPS FedEx, and DHL required.
Previous experience processing electronic UPS / FedEx / DHL for shipping and tracking.
Experience in loading trucks.
Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Experience with computer-generated inventory systems.
Familiarity with pneumatic nail gun and banding equipment.

**The Role**
+ Maintain warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organized
+ Track and maintains inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organized

The Shipping Specialist is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing all outbound shipments of GMP and non-GMP materials - including temperature-sensitive, hazardous, and international shipments, in compliance with DOT, IATA, GMP and company requirements. This role ensures accurate documentation, safe handling of dangerous goods, and timely communication with internal teams and external partners to support reliable and compliant product distribution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepare and process shipping documentation including bill of ladings, packing lists, dangerous goods, and export documentation
* Ensure all shipments comply with DOT, IATA, and internal quality and safety standards
* Properly package and label dangerous goods and temperature-sensitive materials per regulatory and customer requirements
* Coordinate with internal/external customers and couriers to schedule pick-ups and ensure on-time delivery
* Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, including ERP transactions for shipping, inventory movement, and reconciliation
* Verify accuracy and quality of materials prior to shipment; escalate discrepancies as needed
* Utilizes forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials in a safe and efficient manner
* Responsible for safe working practices, routine warehouse maintenance/housekeeping and assuring the warehouse activity complies with all required safety, environmental, and GMP regulations
* Support continuous improvement efforts within the shipping team
* Assist the warehouse team as needed with inventory control and general warehouse housekeeping

Shipping clerk job in Louisville, CO
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for shipping finished product to internal and external customers according to specified carrier, method and packing instructions in support of TSS Denver's Vision-Mission-Values (VMV). This position must follow the shipment orders to ensure not only the timely delivery of product, but also that product is not damaged during transport.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Packages finished product according to shipping instructions; includes ensuring correct package type, labeling, shipping method (ie. carrier and/or rush orders), and required documentation. Ensures product will arrive undamaged through packing process.
Uses the shipping software to generate packing slips; includes printing inner and outer labels and attaching all required documents and/or paperwork; completes process by ship confirming orders in the JDE system.
Ensures International shipments are packaged and shipped according to procedure.
Assembles boxes of all sizes for packing product; uses required bubble wrap packing material to ensure undamaged product is transported.
Schedules product pick-up from appropriate shipping carriers when necessary.
Schedules freight pick-up with appropriate carriers when shipment exceeds size and weight limits; ensure required documents such as bill of lading.
Programs auto bagger according to customer specifications; individually bags parts as required.
Ensures shipping department inventory (boxes, plastic bags, chip boards, etc by dimension) are at appropriate levels; orders refills as necessary.
Cross-trains and ensures quality output of non-department employees during high volume times.
Maintains customer service levels with carrier drivers.
Backflushes material orders in the JDE system.

Education and Experience
This position requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Should have previous experience in a fast-paced shipping department preferably in a manufacturing environment.
